How to Prepare for a Session

Preparing for a Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT®) session helps set the stage for a deep and transformative experience. By taking the time to prepare your mind, body, and environment, you can ensure that you’re in the best possible state to receive healing and insight. Below is a checklist to help guide you through the process before, during, and after your session.


BEFORE YOUR SESSION

  • Prepare a List of Questions: Write down health-related and general questions you’d like to ask your Higher Self.(Check out this blog post for more ideas on questions you can ask during your session.)

  • Start Meditating: Practice meditation and visualization exercises to help quiet the mind and prepare for a trance-like state.

  • Set an Intention: Begin setting the intention for an amazing session and repeat it as often as possible leading up to your appointment.

  • Get a Good Night’s Rest: Ensure you get plenty of sleep so your mind is fresh and ready.

  • Test Your Equipment: If your session is online, test your connection and equipment beforehand to avoid any technical issues.


THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

  • Meditate to Clear Your Mind: Take a moment to meditate, clear your mind, and raise your frequency.

  • Avoid Excessive Stimulants: Skip excessive caffeine, alcohol, or drugs the day before and the day of your session.

  • Relax with Light Exercise: A walk in nature or light exercise can help you feel more relaxed and centered.

  • Eat Light: Have a light, healthy meal or snack before your session.

  • Release Expectations: Let go of any expectations about how the session will unfold. Simply allow it to happen in the most perfect way.

  • Shower (If Possible): To ensure your body is clear and ready for the energetic work we’ll be doing, I recommend taking a shower beforehand. This helps release stagnant energy, creating a fresh, open space for the healing process.


AFTER YOUR SESSION

  • Rest and Integrate: Since we’re working with energy during the session, you may feel more tired as your body, mind, and spirit integrate the work. Allow yourself time to rest and process the experience.

  • Ground Your Energy: Use grounding techniques such as taking a salt bath, walking barefoot on the earth, eating root vegetables, or using grounding crystals or essential oils.

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of fresh, clean water to help flush the energy through your body.

  • Emotional Release: You may experience heightened emotions as trapped energy continues to release. Allow yourself to feel and release any emotions that come up.

  • Revisit Your Recording: Listen to your session recording as many times as you feel guided. You’ll continue to receive energy from the session, and you may discover new insights each time you listen.

  • Tip: If you’ve never meditated before, it’s helpful to start practicing, even for just a few minutes at a time, prior to the session. While it’s not required, it can deepen your connection with your subconscious.
