Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of non-dairy milk (Recommended: Oat Milk)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
1 tsp neutral oil
1 tsp organic vanilla
3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Cinnamon (optional)
Agave syrup or Maple syrup for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Create Vegan Buttermilk: Mix non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.
