Mantra: I'm inspired by the wisdom of the plants and the beauty of ceremony.


This week's channeled message is brief but powerful. The energy is intensifying, and the vibration is rising. These heightened energies are manifesting as chaos and turbulence in our daily lives, it is normal as we go through this ascension process and time is speeding up.


Spirit is guiding us to a simple yet profound message: 'Let yourself off the hook.' Resist the urge to succumb to these energies; they will eventually pass. The appearance of the 'bad dragon card' suggests that either you or someone else is facing criticism. It's essential to look within—is it self-judgment or a specific situation? Who are we to judge? Our life experiences are drawn to us, and we alone bear responsibility for everything that unfolds. Each event is a lesson, so focus on what you've learned. Be gentle with yourself and others; even a dragon can have an off day. What lessons have you brought into your life—happiness or sadness? Your thoughts and actions shape your reality. Reflect on what you want to change in your life and what you want to manifest in the future. Your life is a story, and you hold the pen for the next page and the one after that. The past is a lesson; take what you need and leave behind fear, guilt, and anger.

Consider the art of tea drinking as an ancient ceremony—a practice that imparts lessons of reverence and care. In the simplest moments, we can ensure our guests and ourselves feel cherished. Spirit is asking us to extend kindness to ourselves, even if it's as simple as drinking tea with the intention to nurture our own well-being... I heard "Make peace with yourself over a cup of tea"... lol! ( if needed) Eclipse season has been a powerful catharsis for many at this time, deep wounds/aspects may be surfacing and remembrance is being brought forward to aid with integration.


You can create your own personal ritual with any beverage, whether it's tea, a smoothie, coffee, or an elixir, by infusing it with intention and setting. By being fully present in the moment, expressing gratitude for the drink, savoring its flavors and sensations, you can turn a simple act into a mindful oasis in your day. Create a peaceful and beautiful setting for this ritual. Go outside your usual preferences and explore new cafes or tea shops. Make it an adventure to learn about the about the history and traditions of tea ceremonies.


This week's message strongly resonates with me, as I've started on a journey to eliminate coffee from my daily life. I've experienced the benefits of this choice, reinforcing the idea that sometimes, we need to let go of rituals that no longer serve our higher selves. Last month, my subconscious delved deeper into the topic, highlighting how coffee not only depletes the body of essential minerals and vitamins but also calcifies the pineal gland. If this resonates with you, you may be encountering withdrawal symptoms. Remember, they will pass. Be kind to yourself during this transition, and extend that kindness to others. When you're gentle with yourself, you can be the same with those around you- A reminder I personally needed today...


And so, it is.
