Mantra: Clear energy, clear mind, love-filled heart.
This week's wisdom centers around the themes of Shambala initiations, retreating to recharge, trusting in the process, and understanding the concept of Dharma.
As we move through this week, we are once again reminded of the importance of retreating to recharge and clearing our energy fields. It seems that collectively, we are currently experiencing a substantial transformation, comparable to a powerful inner metamorphosis.
Shambhala or Shambhalla, also known as Shangri-La, is a legendary city said to be hidden somewhere in the Himalayas near Tibet. According to theosophical teachings, it is believed to be a sacred place where one can come in contact with some of the greatest spiritual adepts, enlightened teachers, and Divine Masters to ever walk the Earth. In both Buddhism and Hinduism, Shambala is described as the home of the God Shiva and the Buddhas, enlightened beings. In the Bon tradition, thousands make a pilgrimage to Mount Carlos, the supposed location of this hidden city, as it is said to bring good fortune.
We can visit the etheric retreat of Shambala through dream states, astral travel, and meditation. If you feel a calling or a sense of familiarity with the energies of this gateway, it's possible that you have been there before. The Golden Temple of Shambala rests in the heart of the Himalayas, bridging the physical and non-physical realms. It is believed to appear to seekers who are already on a path of expanding their awareness, serving as a secret, energetic temple of enlightened masters, particularly those connected to Eastern traditions. It is said to be before a great galactic and universal council of elders who support the turning of the wheel of dharma.
Dharma is a Sanskrit word that relates to the unfolding of our life path.
During moments of calm and stillness in your life, it's important to recognize that this isn't a failure but an opportunity to retreat and recharge. In the midst of the busyness of the physical world, our spirit often lags behind our body, leading to overreactivity and overwork. When the Great Masters of Shambala come to you, they are encouraging you to take time away from the outer world and delve into your inner world. If you've been racing at full speed, this wisdom encourages you to slow down, retreat, and take time to gather your energy and reflect. This practice will help you gain a clear awareness of your current situation, and you will uncover many insights and gifts during this period. It's important to realize that there is a master awakening within you.
Just as we need to clean our physical homes, we also need to cleanse our energy fields. Through energy clearing, we can remove blocks, leaks, entities, or spirits that may have attached to us. This process also helps us release emotions or stories that others have implanted within us, which no longer serve our highest good. To begin clearing your energy field, imagine yourself surrounded by white or golden light. You can also use tools like to cleanse your metaphysical body such as sage, Palo Santo, incense, crystals, candles water
( Extended ways below)
You'll know your energy is clear when you experience a sense of weight lifting from your shoulders and feel yourself entering a more peaceful and loving vibration. If you struggle to reach this point, consider seeking the support of a professional energy worker and explore practices such as Reiki, chakra balancing, theta healing, QHHT, or other forms of energy work. For significant issues, understand that clearing your energy field may require a long-term commitment. However, once you do, you'll feel the difference and see positive changes reflected in all areas of your life.
"Stay true to your inner path, regardless of external influences."
Here are five additional ways to clear your energy:
Breath work-
Deep breathing exercises, such as pranayama in yoga or simple mindful breathing, can help clear and balance your energy. Focus on slow, deliberate breaths to release tension and promote relaxation.
Salt Baths
Taking a salt bath, particularly with Epsom salt or Himalayan salt, can help cleanse and purify your energy. The minerals in the salt are believed to draw out negative energy and toxins from your body.
Grounding
Spend time in nature by walking barefoot on the earth, sitting under a tree, or simply connecting with natural elements. Grounding techniques can help you release excess energy and restore balance.
Sound Healing
Sound vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, or even chanting can clear stagnant energy and promote a sense of well-being. The resonating frequencies are thought to harmonize your energy field.
Visualisation
Use guided visualization or meditation to visualize a stream of pure, cleansing light flowing through your body, sweeping away any impurities or negative energy. This can be a powerful way to reset your energy.
