Mantra: when I stop to take a deep breath, I clear my mind and lead with love.


This week spirit is calling you to surrender,

the shaman within is being awakened and you’re being asked to surrender and let go of your old perceptions about how things are. With Spirit and Anubis's guidance you can view your world or whatever situation you're exploring in a new way + embrace new opportunities that may be "hidden" from your outer sight. Surrender into the present moment through deep breathing, Breath work will also help to bridge/connect you deeper within your own intuition.


If you have been feeling stuck, deep breaths will help to connect/ground you back into the present moment, allowing mental clarity.


You may have been fighting/resisting your path/growth. More specifically indulging in old/"bad" habits, excessive eating/drinking, substance abuse ect...pretty much, just fighting all progress and progression. A normal step in a realistic non linear healing journey. Cycles of death and rebirth are being highlighted (equinox synchronicity) and the importance of accepting ourselves as a constantly metamorphosing being. The moments before a big breakthrough tend to be the hardest, where our old programming and beliefs create resistance.


Like a snake, the more you fight it, the more the grip will tighten. A metaphysical grip. It is normal to have good days, and bad days, it is the balance of the process. The more you fight your path and journey, the more the universe and spirit will only "tightent" ( fx closed doors) until you're back into flow and alignment. Yes, there is free will, but this is destiny and destiny is calling you, so surrender to the process. There is a lot of work that needs to be done internally specifically in the subconscious mind.


Anubis is known as a God of the underworld, which is actually the inner world, spirit is asking you to adress further your shadow side; subconscious; hidden trauma; all that resides in the inner world in order to seek further enlightenment within yourself. It’s time. You are on the brink off break through. Like the caterpillar you are in the 'cocoon' phase, about to morph into a butterfly, which may be why your ego is resisting change, it is a self defence mechanism, self sabotage. This may be leaving you with the perception of being stuck at this time. Growth happens in


Temptations/ old habits is a big theme this week, avoid temptations. They only knock you off your path further away than they do help you, brining you back to past versions of yourself you are no longer in alignment with. For some souls it may also be subconscious blockages that are triggering you into old habits. Surrender to change, and new opportunities, don't keep forcing yourself back into old moulds.


Release any, or all versions of yourself that are not in alignment to who you want to be at this time, death and rebirth are part of the process. Surrender your heart and the entirety of your being to the ever expanding cycles of death and rebirth in order to step more fully into your divine humanity on Earth.


For the souls currently undergoing deep internal soul searching through psychedelics, mediation, breathwork, QHHT and other healing modalities, Spirit wants to remind you that Anubis cares deeply about us and will guide us if we call upon him during our shamanic journeys between the worlds.


Anubis also leads people safely through this transition we call "death" therefore if you are currently struggling with the loss of a loved one, Anubis is coming forward to remind you, that you may ask him to help you with this at this time. If you seek a relationship with this Jackal deity, you will gain access to his keen sensitivities. He will help you find things that you have lost, and those you love who are no longer in this world .


An easy way to surrender in the present moment, is to tap into our breath and watch how quickly your mood and circumstances can shift to a more positive state one intention of breath at a time. Sometimes taking a few deep breaths can be the most potent medicine and allow you to come into the present moment with a fresh perspective. Long, deep breaths that go all the way down your chest and filll your belly will nourish the nervous system.


Practice deep breathing at every opportunity. It’s especially useful before/after any stressful situations that have put your nervous system into a frenzy. Taking the time to tune into your breathing and practice specific breathing patterns, such as the rapid exhalations called 'breath of fire', cleansing, breathing technique, rooted in kundalini Yoga can have amazing effects on your physical and metaphysical body.
