Mantra: I am grateful.





This week Spirit and the Angels are asking you to keep it simple. Less is more. Focus on being grateful for all the blessings that have come thus far; forget/release the rest. How can you simplify your life to make space for spirit?


White feather = the divine/Communion with the creator. (May appear to some souls as a sign/confirmation)


You are being encouraged to find sacred simplicity, and have clarity in your life, do only what matters. Release everything else. Simplify your life.


Scan all areas and clear both internal and external clutter. Rest, rejuvenate, and only participate in what is truly important to you; Relinquish everything else.


Do not delay. Do it now.


When your life is cluttered with objects, relationships, time, constraints, and emotions there is no room for spirit. There is too much static and too much stuff to connect to your soul. The smallest amount of clutter clearing can make the biggest difference.


Both Native Americans and Egyptian saw feathers for messages from the sky gods.


It was believed that when one would wear feathers on one’s head messages from a human could travel to spirit. Likewise, messages and energy from the spiritual realms to travel back down to the human through the hollow shaft of the feathers.


You may be receiving many downloads/messages from the divine at this time, pay close attention this week.


Feathers were also walked through the air to cleanse in purify a space. This is a sign to not only declutter the mental and physical, but also cleanse your home/space energetically.


Ultimately, the only thing that we can fully control is our thoughts.


To call in good vibes, write a list of things that you’re grateful for. It can be for any given day or just a general list of the good stuff in life.


Again you are being asked to reflect on the past difficult situations to uncover the lessons that were hidden in them-feeling gratitude for how everything has evolved to land you where you are now.


Practising gratitude allows us to shift back to the present moment and recognise how divinely orchestrated life truly is.


Holding on to ressitance and expectations, keep us attached to our suffering. When we take time to consistently and authentically express our appreciation for others, we receive gratitude in return. This process creates a beautiful cycle of positivity that propels forward into a more positive experience of life.

And so it is!


Self-care tip for this week:

- Gratitude list

- Cleanse your space energetically ( Sage, incense, or sound/vibration)

- Declutter your home/apartment, throw out anything you no longer resonate with.

- Journal/ reflect on the past difficult situations + the lessons you learned from them.

- Rest
