Mantra: I make time to focus on myself.

This week you are being asked to take time to rebalance/re-assess your life in all aspects. Work, health, dreams and goals + rebalance/heal your chakras through mediation. Spirit is encouraging you to enter "hermit mode" this week in order to accomplish this.


You’re being asked to journal, and assess exactly where you are in your life, and how you can move forward or how you can plan to move forward so that you may be more effective and productive in the long run. You’re being asked to find the right balance in your life this week.


Many souls have been working hard to implement change in their life that be it through rituals; spiritual practices, better habits ect... Finding the balance between too many and too little is key. How can you make it sustainable in the long run?


Many of us when we’re looking for change we take on too many things at once and so you’re being asked to take a step back. When you try to do too much, you may only end up making yourself more stressed and worried becoming counter-productive to your progress, one step at a time; one ritual at a time; It’s okay not to accomplish everything at once.

“Rome was not built in one day."

44 is present on the card, for some souls this has been a recurring number (444) the past few days/weeks.

It is here to provide extra confirmation/a sign that this message is for you + 444 = Your on the right path!


Work smarter not harder. The opposite of a dysfunctional situation is a sustainable ecosystem, make your life sustainable. Look at the time, resources, love, care and sweat you put into your life and assess whether you’re putting as much in as you get out and whether you are you receiving as much as you put in. The input an output have to match-maybe not every day, but certainly every week or month- or you cannot sustain the long run. You will simply burn out, everything in life is an energetic exchange, one that should remain even/balanced.


The six house concerns your daily work, not necessarily your vocation or longed-for for career.

If you’re currently working a job to pay bills while working on the side for your dream job, you're being asked to put in some time and effort on your dreams to bring these two paths closer to being one and the same. Assess your work environment besides, the money and professional trajectory, most jobs offer an opportunity to "bump" into souls and connect with others. It can provide a stage to workout karma and round-out or personalities. There are many opportunities to alchemise a stronger/higher version of yourself, if you will it. Camaraderi (friendship) can help to create a healthy work environment; attitude makes all the difference.


Watch where you put your mind; nervousness can turn into chronic anxiety, which taxes the health.

Give yourself something worthy to work on mentally, to avoid yourself getting stuck on a overthinking loop.


Look at your daily habits and invest in good self-care. Make healthy food delicious and healthy activity, enjoyable. Movement should be reward not punishment. Play with the dog or talk to the wild birds. Time with animals can restore the spirit as well as be great exercise.


Worry can give you the illusion that you’re taking care of business, but it is not furthering your goals. This may be challenging for you this week ( not to worry), however you’ve been gifted with the opportunity to create a beautiful AND sustainable ecosystem out of your life as you pursue a healthy work life balance.


Explore you're alone time and think about what you would like to do in solitude, then plan so that your time is freed up and your commitments are put on pause. Find peace and stillness by completely tuning into your own needs.

Self-care tip for this week:

-Journal and be introspective. ( Game plan - Goals - dreams )

- Go for a walk.

- Work on a creative project

- Meditate

- Try any solo activity that feels ‘ restorative’ to you. Don’t focus on what others may consider a "restorative". Find the one that makes you feel good ,it can always be unconventional. ( Why not! )


*Be sure to communicate to your loved ones how important this is to you. Make them aware of how it allows you to show up more fully in the daily life . That way they can support you buy respecting the time you need to be alone, without interruption.


Journal prompt: How does having alone time make you feel? What emotions and memories come up for you when you’re alone?
