Mantra: I am inspired by the wisdom of the plants and the beauty of ceremony.

This week spirit is calling you to be mindful of your intention/s. What is the intention behind your actions? The intention behind making a cup of coffee/tea? Preparing a meal? Are you lost in thoughts, past memories, conversations or are you mindful of the intention your holding while you’re partaking in such actions/rituals?
Slow down and acknowledge how you’re feeling + why you are doing something. Often we get caught up in this sort of robotic routine, lost in our minds to really be grateful and appreciative of what we are experiencing in the now/present.
Spirit wants you to play with the idea of doing things for the first time this week, taking a step back on your every day ritual and approaching things as if they’re small ceremonies.
Be appreciative of the moment and the small things. Would we really drink so many cups of whatever you prefer, if we put down the distractions and actually enjoyed the one? We often get so distracted to enjoy our first cup of the day, we end up over consuming, specially caffeine and food. We simply forget to 'enjoy'.
Intention sets your tone for everything that we want to experience within this reality. It’s especially important to become mindful of how to have general focus and balance behind the intentions that we put out into the universe. If you’re constantly thinking of situations that make you angry or upset we tend to infuse our actions with those emotions and intentions, and that’s why it’s important to learn to separate yourself from your mind and your thoughts and address things more consciously and intentionally.
For some souls (confirmation sign: White owl; daisy; 22), your objectives will be fulfilled at this time. The universe/spirit is bringing you a gift showing you that you’re hitting your mark. Recognise that you’re not the one who has to do all the work, however; others help you create reality. You connect to the power of your intention sending it out into the field, then allow for synchronicity to work. It’s magic. Own the life you want to lead and live deliberately with clarity and detachment.
Practice adding more intention to routines like preparing a cup of tea and really taking your time. The preservation, preparation, presentation, and drinking of tea is an ancient ceremony - one that has a lot to teach us about the reverence and care we can show our loved ones and ourselves in simple/quite moments.
You can create your own personal ritual with any drink, whether it’s a tea, a smoothie, a coffee or elixir with the right intention and sitting. Being incredibly present in the now feeling sincere gratitude for the drink you are consuming and savouring the flavours and sensations fully you can simply sip into a mindful, awakened moment in your day.
