We then bridge to the subconscious to have a detailed conversation, exploring the revealed life further and posing additional questions such as the connection between Plato and Atlantis, The Law of One, the pyramids, and the survivors of Atlantis.

D: Like sledges, they just fly.

D: Almost, I am wearing sandals, golden. Everything is almost gold.
A: Does it feel heavy?
D: No.

D: It's like a transparent rope. It's barely any clothing.

D: They transmit energy from the body. There are symbols on them.

This is one of the rare instances in the countless life explorations Dennis and I have undertaken together, where the subject identifies as female rather than male. Minimal clothing, contrary to what it may initially seem, often indicates an advanced civilization, especially when adorned with significant amounts of gold. We have observed on numerous occasions that gold serves a different and more advanced purpose than our contemporary knowledge suggests; it is not typically worn as jewelry but rather utilized as tools or as a form of conductor for energy, as mentioned above.

D: Yes.

D: It looks like a pyramid.

D: There are a lot of trees, but all the structures are bigger than trees. There are some domes but mostly triangle-shaped houses, some are bigger than others.
A: Is there a reason why there is a difference in the sizes of the pyramids?
D: Yes.
A: Can you help us understand why?
D: The bigger ones are more powerful, they can transmute more energy. So they were built to be bigger, because of the place around the location.
A: How do you enter your home?
D: There are no doors.
A: So how do you enter?
D: It's like just an opening, but there is no door.
A: Can anyone walk into your home?
D: Yes, there are these stairs. You can just walk on the stairs.
A: Do the stairs go around the pyramid?
D: No.
A: They're on the inside?
D: The small stair on the outside and then you're in, and then on the inside; it's like structures levels.
Although it may be easily overlooked, the absence of doors is a crucial element for us to comprehend that they existed in a collective society devoid of imminent threats. This suggests a harmonious coexistence where individuals live in unity with each other.
A: Yeah? What does the inside of your pyramid look like?
D: It's very bright, also some kind of stone.
A: Are there any windows?
D: No, just open spaces.
A: Do you have furniture?
D: Yes.
A: What do you have?
D: It's like a table. Closet, there is not much furniture.
A: And what is it made out of?
D: Gold.
A: Do you make the furniture yourself or do you buy it?
D: Nothing is bought.
A: So how do you get the furniture inside? Can you just take it and put it in your home?
D: It was created inside of the home.
A: Did you create it?
D: Yes.
A: With something or with your mind?
D: Both.
A: Can you explain further?
D: You put your mind on it and then you do a movement with your hands and you can make a shape; it just appears in front of you and becomes solid.
A: Can everyone do this?
D: Yeah.
It came as no surprise to me that the Atlanteans mastered the art of alchemy. Their advanced capabilities, including the creation of flying sledges or sleds, seem almost magical and defy conventional understanding. Many ancient civilizations, such as the Akkadian civilization, have asserted possession of similar knowledge, tracing it back to their ancestors who purportedly learned such skills from the Anunnaki. It would also explain the significant connection and value that the Anunnaki placed on gold and its properties.
A: All right, do you live alone in your pyramid?
D: No.
A: Who else lives with you?
D: Family, my family.
A: Can you see yourself eating a meal with them?
D: Yeah.
A: What are you eating?
D: Fruits from the trees.
A: Did you all collect them yourself?
D: Yes.
A: Can you just take the fruits?
D: You put your hand on the tree, and you ask, and then the tree gives.
A: Okay, and who else is sitting there with you?
D: My parents, my children, my brothers and sisters.
A: And what do they look like?
D: We all look very similar, white skin.
A: How is your hair?
D: Mine is golden, my children's hair is black, my husband's hair is black. My parent's hair is golden.
A: What do you spend most of your time doing there? Do you know what a job is?
D: Yes.
A: Do you have one?
D: Taking care of my family and myself.
A: What do you mostly spend doing there with your time?
D: Learning forces of nature, of the universe, geometry, and how to make things with your mind.
A: Is this something that everybody learns?
D: From a very young age, yes.
A: Okay, so your children also know this?
D: Some more than others.
A: Does your husband also spend most of his time learning geometry and things like that or does he do something else?
D: No, he also spent most of his time doing that.
A: Is there anything else about your home that you want to describe to me that's important?
D: There's water on the bottom, around and underneath every home. It's important for the energy.
A: Do you have things like electricity?
D: Everywhere, yeah.
A: Is that why there is water under these pyramids and around them?
D: Also, yes.
A: What's the main use of the water, then?
D: It gives life, it's full of life. We drink it, we bathe in it- It gives a lot of energy to us.
A: Can it heal the body?
D: Yes.
Moving forward to an important day
D: My parents are going to leave this physical reality.
A: I see. How are they passing?
D: It's a big feast. Everybody's happy. They can go beyond this reality now.
A: It's a celebration, then?
D: Yes.
A: Okay, and how are you celebrating it?
D: We give thanks, and we put our intention so that everything will be good and right for them in the next phase.
A: How come they get to go together?
D: They've chosen to. They want to stay together. They will probably become one again.
A: Were they like in twin flame separation like that, or what do you mean by becoming one again?
D: Their souls will become one soul, they will be forever united.
A: Is there anything else you can explain about that?
D: They will no longer be physical, they will be more like electricity. Just energy moving through everything. They will always be with us, but not in this physical form. Not in this reality. We intermingle with a lot of realities. We just choose to live in this physical reality.
A: So you have a lot of knowledge of what happens after you die?
D: Yes.
A: How do you have this knowledge?
D: It's communicated to us.
A: Who shares this with you? Is it a collective thing or..?
D: Yes,
A: You just share the knowledge?
D: We get it through asking for answers, then we get the answers.
A: How do you ask for these answers?
D: You sit in silence, sometimes in darkness, other times by fire or light or in water or you go deep underground into the earth. You just ask.
A: Okay, I see. So it's not a specific person or the role of a person that teaches you these things? Everyone has access to it themselves?
D: Yes, there's no hierarchy here. We're all equal.
A: Okay, I understand, and is the celebration only for your parents, or are there others passing with them?
D: Others are also passing.
A: Is it a special day or time?
D: It's an event. We have it sometimes.
A: Is it often?
D: I've seen my grandparents and their parents also go through the same events.
A: Do you know how old you grow to be?
D: We don't really.
A: You don't measure age?
D: No.
A: You just live until you feel like you are ready to transition or how does that work?
D: You will just know when it's time when you teach everything to your kids, and they will pass it on, and then you can go.
Moving forward for the final time to another important day
D: My son learns to fly his first- his first ship.
A: How does he fly the ship?
D: You have to become one with it. Everything is conscious.
A: So it's a big achievement to be able to do that?
D: Yeah.
A: And it's also through the mind?
D: Yes.
A: Okay, and how does it become one with the ship?
D: You have to go to the center of the ship. It also has water in it, and you enter into the water, and then you start breathing as deep as you can. You try to connect everything that's around you, and then you just safely, and it sometimes listens.
A: Does it take a lot of tries normally to succeed?
D: It can feel your intention and the ship will decide when you're ready to fly. My son is still very early.
A: Is it not common for such young children to be able to fly ships?
D: We teach them well.
A: I see. Is there anything else that's important about this day?
D: He will go out of this physical plane to another reality, also to explore. He heard of a civilization somewhere. He's going to see and maybe teach. I hope I see him again.
A: So these ships, can fly not only to other planets but to other dimensions?
D: Yes.
A: How did he hear this civilization in another dimension?
D: It came through him when he sat in silence. They were calling for him. He feels that they need it, that they need him.
A: And does he ever return?
D: Yes.
A: How was his trip there? Did he find what he was supposed to find?
D: Yes, but it was very different than what we're used to here. They were not evolved like we were, so he didn't reallyshow himself. He was just there to observe. He felt that it was best not to show his physical form there. He disguised himself, as nature.
A: Were they human-like or humanoids?
D: Yes, that's very different than us.
A: Is there anything else you can explain about that?
D: They didn't know how to build pyramids or use gold or their minds, to create what they wanted. They used all of these tools made out of wood and stone. Sometimes this happens, and sometimes we help, but this was not the case now.
A: It wasn't the time to help them evolve?
D: You could feel that their intention was not good. They were more like wild animals. They still have a long way to go.
A: Is it similar to what we consider primitive?
D: Yes.
A: Okay, so in this dimension, the humans were less advanced than you are now there?
D: Yes.
A: But he wasn't going back in time?
D: We are unable to tell these things, we never know.
A: So you never know how far in their evolution they are?
D: No, we just observe then we can tell.
Moving forward to the last day ( The death experience)
D: It's a celebration again. It's my turn to become one with my husband now and go to this other reality.
A: Are you happy to be leaving?
D: Yes, it's time. There's nothing more to teach, I have to become a student again.
A: All right, so where you're going, you're going to learn more lessons?
D: Yes.
A: Is there anything else that's happening in the celebration?
D: A lot of other families are also going.
A: Are your children there with you?
D: Yes.
A: Do they seem okay with it?
D: They're very happy for us, yes. They're helping us transcend.
A: How do they help you to make this transition?
D: They put their minds on it and they think, and that helps us. They just become bright light, and we go higher and higher until they don't see us anymore, and we don't see them anymore.
A: Do they play music or anything like that while they're doing this?
D: Yes.
Is it like singing and dancing or what kind of music?
D: It's more like a prayer, a chance. There's also heavy drumming and some harps. It's a lot of monotone sounds that help with the vibration.
After the soul transitions to the other side, it regains its inherent state of being, characterized by a heightened perspective and expanded knowledge. Consequently, it becomes crucial to seek the soul's insights on the purpose and lessons it perceived throughout its earthly existence, in this case, life in Atlantis.
D: That we are all teachers until it's time to become a student again. That we should always be considerate of everything around us. Every thought. Everything.
Throughout the exploration of numerous diverse past and parallel lives, the recurring idea or belief emphasizes the importance of being mindful of every thought, action, and intention. This perspective is consistently echoed by the most advanced civilizations, with the Egyptians serving as a notable example through their adherence to the principles of Maat, reflected in their laws and the concept of the Day of Judgment. The Day of Judgment briefly alludes to the day when all beings will be held accountable for their deeds. This belief underscores the significance of maintaining consciousness in our thoughts, avoiding the mere indulgence of imagination. After all, what is imagination but fleeting glimpses into other realities, dimensions, or manifestations?
A: What do you think was the purpose of that lifetime?
D: To teach my children about everything, to pass down the knowledge.
A: And you succeeded with that?
D: Very much so.
While the Atlantean possessed significant knowledge both before and after her transition into spirit form, or as previously mentioned in her words, into a different reality, it now seemed the appropriate time to allow the subconscious mind to provide further clarification.

A: Was it the life in Atlantis?
SC: Yes.
A: Is there anything else you can explain to us about what we were watching?
SC: We just watched an everyday life in Atlantis.
A: So that was what daily life for them then was?
SC: Yes.
A: Is it possible to ask you more questions about Atlantis?

A: How was Atlantis seeded or created?
SC: The same as everything.
A: Who created Atlantis?
SC: The people living there at the moment- They were very different from the people now.
A: So it wasn't an entity that seeded Atlantis?
SC: Everything is seeded.
Dolores Cannon uses the term "seeded" to describe the idea that certain civilizations or groups of beings were intentionally introduced or "seeded" on Earth by extraterrestrial or higher-dimensional entities. A: Can you help us understand about this city, how it came to be, or anything like that?
SC: They just build it with their minds- They don't do constructions, they construct with their minds. Today we call this magic or alchemy but for them, it's like breathing.
A: How did they get to that point that, they knew to create these kinds of structures?
D: They were very much in harmony with everything around them, they never just took, they always asked and by asking, you will be given. If you take, then you will be withheld.
A: Were they living in like, a collective society?
D: Yes.
A: All right, and can you help us understand more about the kind of clothes they were wearing? What was that transparent coat for?
SC: Protection, they used a lot of radiation things. They could not harm them because of the clothing. It was very transparent, see-through very thin, but very, very strong.
A: Where was most of this radiation coming from?
SC: The pyramids.
A: Is that what they use in their time?
SC: Mostly, yes.
A: What kind of diets did they have at that time? Was it only the fruit that they used to eat?
SC: Fruit, air, and water, yes.
A: Did that help them to thrive the way they were thriving?
SC: Yes.
Over time I've observed a pattern indicating that as a species, humans have the potential to live up to 2,000 years when prioritizing and obtaining proper nutrition. This involves a conscious and selective consumption of high-vibrational foods. Notably, races cohabiting in both water and land environments may incorporate seaweed into their diets. However, the consistent factor contributing to longevity appears to be a focus on fruit, along with the essential elements of air, water, and minerals.
A: What caused its destruction if they were so advanced and in harmony?
SC: There's always a ying and a yang. There are always some that try to control and try to build levels of hierarchy. It only went downhill from there, with the knowledge and power they had, they were doomed as soon as some seeded this corruption.
A: Were they living among other entities, or were they mostly humans living in Atlantis?
SC: There were entities from many star systems, and dimensions visiting Atlantis, but the inhabitants were only human. The rest were just visitors.
A: Were some of them incarnated in human bodies?
SC: Also, yes.
A: How long did it exist, Atlantis?
SC: For thousands of years.
A: How many years ago was its destruction?
SC: I can only tell you not so long ago, in human time.
A: Is Plato's estimate correct?
Plato's account of Atlantis is found in two dialogues, "Timaeus" and "Critias." In "Critias," Plato provides a detailed description of Atlantis, including its size and location. According to Plato, Atlantis was said to exist around 9,000 years before his own time.
SC: No, it's much more recent.
A: Where was Atlantis located?
SC: You will find it in the ocean, it was a very big continent- Not a single part of it remains.
A: Is it where people think it might be?
Various theories propose Atlantis may have been located at Santorini, tied to the Minoan civilization, in Antarctica, in the Caribbean, or near the Bahamas' Bimini Road, although none are supported by concrete archaeological evidence.
SC: Many people think different things, so yes.
A: Some people are correct?
SC: Yes.
A: So it's not appropriate to know where it might be, or it's not important?
SC: It will be discovered in the near, future.
A: Was it near Greece?
SC: Greece? No.
A: So there weren't any specific races living among us, then, They were mostly visiting?
SC: They were visiting because they admired the level of consciousness and humanity they had reached, so it was not a threat to come here as a visit.
A: Were they worshipping any deities or gods and things like that?
SC: Only nature, only themselves. We would call them gods today if we see what they could do with their power- It's not hard to do, but for the present human, it is fairy tales, and nonexistent.
A: Because we don't have the knowledge anymore?
SC: There's not a single human on Earth that comes even close to what a simple Atlantean could do.
A: How come they got so far?
SC: They thrived for thousands of years, they always took the right step on the right path. This doesn't happen a lot, especially not on Earth. They learned how to listen, they always listened, and they never questioned. People today they'revery confused.
A: I see, did they have any help from other entities to get to that level with, like the knowledge and things they were learning?
SC: Yes. It is always telepathically done. So for them, it was like their own minds. They listened, they never questioned.
Plato and Atlantis
A: Is there a connection between Plato and Atlantis?
SC: For Plato, they were also just stories about the past, he never set foot on Atlantis, he never laid an eye on Atlantis- He was only being told, this is also for the greater good.
A: That he was not there? What do you mean by that?
SC: Exactly.
In contrast to the widely held view of Plato, the Subconscious (SC) has proposed in previous sessions that he may not have been the person he presented himself as. Instead, he was one of the early individuals responsible for the historical patterns of elitism and knowledge withholding that continue to influence our society today.
The Law of One and the Atlanteans
A: Did they follow the law of one?
SC: Yes, they all considered themselves as equals, and they lived in harmony with themselves and everything around them. They always ask, but they never take. Even today, we never ask, we only take, that's why the Earth is saying enough.
A: Is there a way for us to improve this? How can we ask before we take it?
SC: It's very simple, no need to complicate it. You ask, and the answer will be given. It will not be a physical answer. It will always be in the mind. Today you call these thoughts, intuition.
A: So we will know when it's appropriate to take something and when not if we try?
SC: Once again, it's very simple. You just ask, and the answer will be given.
A: Okay, and how can we help people become aware of this so they start asking?
SC: You're already doing this. You're already helping. You just need people to listen. They always make it complicated, and look at them now they're babies.
A: Is it with everything that we want to take that we should ask?
SC: Yes, everything has freedom.
A: Is this something with consent?
SC: Yes, Everything will decide for itself whether or not you can take it. Everything today is corrupted. Humans only take, they never ask.
A: Is there anything important more to share on this for the collective?
SC: Just learn to listen again. Connect with your surroundings. Trust the answer that comes. Don't question it. Questions can be good, but why ask again and again if you already have an answer? So something else can influence the answer? So you'll like the outcome more? That's not how it works. Just look around when you're outside, and you will see that that's not how it works. It's destroying everything. People need to listen again.

Pyramids in Atlantis
A: Is there anything important about the pyramids that they had in Atlantis that we need to know today? Maybe they're usage?
SC: There were healing devices, everything inside of it will be healed. They didn't know anything about disease, because they were never sick. As soon as they started to become corrupted, water just flooded the whole thing, they would have caused too much damage to the universe.
A: Is that why they say that Poseidon, meaning water flooded Atlantis?
SC: Yes.
A: Why did they say that he seeded Atlantis, is it corruption?
SC: Yes. Religion tries to tell you always that God seeded everything. Humans are no less or more than gods- They only need to remember.
A: The life we were looking at, was that life in the prime of Atlantis?
SC: Yes, just everyday life, when they were on the top of their civilization, the flood happened thousands of years after that.
A: So they were able to live in harmony for thousands of years before the corruption?
SC: Yes.
The duration of the Atlantean lifespan
A: How long were their life spans?
SC: They didn't age or die, they were born as kids, but they were never babies. It's like looking at animals today, they're born and they basically know everything already. They grow a little bigger, but they don't really age because they're still way more in harmony with nature than the human.
The Story of Atlantis
A: Can you tell us the story of Atlantis? Is it appropriate to hear today?
SC: They also started up with nothing but very fast, they figured out how to listen and how to create with their minds. It was not long before they thrived, it all went pretty fast. They figured out they had to build communities instead of making borders. They figured out that water was the force of life. They figured out that gold was a transmuter of water. So theybuilt mostly everything in gold. They figured out that if they were sitting in silence, answers would come faster, and more clearly. So they had almost no distractions. Their whole purpose was to hear the answer more clearly. And so they did, and they tried. They had no doors because everyone was one. Animals were one, nature was one. They were just a part of nature, not against it. They took the seed of life and they let it bloom into a tree. They didn't try to cut it down for money or resources. They asked, can you feed us? And they were given everything they needed. The average lifespan was around 700 years- in human years.
A: That's around how long it would take for them to teach everything to their children?
SC: Yes.
A: So they didn't die, they just chose to transmute into something different? ( as mentioned above).
SC: Yes, into higher realms of existence, you could call it angels.
A: This thing that they would do, becoming one with their partner. Is it like what we know as twin flames coming together as one?
The concept of a twin flame refers to a spiritual or metaphysical idea suggesting a profound and unique connection between two individuals who are considered each other's counterparts. It is often characterized by a dramatic and intense romantic or spiritual connection that transcends typical relationships. This connection is believed to involve the intricate linking or energetic splitting of the souls into masculine and feminine energies. In contrast to soulmates, which are perceived as more harmonious and less dramatic.
SC: No.
A: Is this another concept?
SC: They just become one energy. They recognize themselves in themselves, in each other, they just intertwined like, if you have a burning fire and you take a log out and you throw it back in, the whole log will become fire. Something like this. It's hard to explain. They just intertwine all of their intentions, emotions, and thoughts, just become one. This can create a very bright light because of the radiation, so they radiate very brightly. They become lighter than air, so they go into the sky looking like they're flying, but they're more floating until they reach the other sphere and then they just enter there to become one with everything.
Survivors of the flood and collapse of Atlantis
A: Is there anything more that you would like to share about Atlantis today?
SC: Some of the entities survived, They seeded a lot of the ancient civilizations we know today. Some of them were corrupted, and others tried to build a new Atlantis. In the end, none of them succeeded. It is what it is.
A: Is that why they were seen as "gods" by other humans who weren't like the Atlanteans?
SC: Yes, the Atlanteans always knew about their existence, but they never felt the need to go and interfere. Sometimes they went and taught other civilizations on Earth about the laws of geometry and nature, but only if they sensed that they could handle this information without becoming corrupt. Some of the corruption from the other parts of the world came back to Atlantis with his travelers. This is also one of the reasons why it had to fall.
A: So there was also interference from the outside into Atlantis from the other civilizations, let's say?
SC: Yes.
A: Did they find Atlantis or how did these travelers end up there?
SC: Atlantis, send out people in ships to go help other civilizations interdimensional and multidimensional. If it was on Earth, there still remains in what we call today at the Giza Plateau. There are some temples left, also in Greece. These were two civilizations coexisting with Atlantis. But Atlantis was always cut off from the outside world. There were no roads or bridges to enter. They had transport devices, today we would call them spaceships. But they all just... They were conscious ships, so there was no need for oil, gas, or electricity. No burning fire to create steam. No coals. It was all done with the power of the mind and the universe. A lot of the knowledge from Greece and Egypt comes from Atlantis, alsoLumeria.
A: Did Lumeria exist after or before Atlantis or at the same time?
SC: Most of the civilizations were seeded when Atlantis was almost at its end.
A: So Atlantis was the first to be seeded here?
SC: No, there were many before. I'm not allowed to share this information with you, at this point.
At times, the subconscious (SC) decides when to proceed further with information and when it's beneficial to withhold, contrary to what other practitioners may suggest. Instead of pushing or negotiating with the subconscious, I prefer to respect and trust in its timings and higher knowledge. Unless it's extremely necessary, such as when revealing painful symptoms or seeking vital information for the individual's well-being.

SC: Trust your intuition again, as if it was the voice of God, so to speak because your voice is the voice of God inside of you. We're always communicating for the greater good of humanity.
